(1) Encourage Software* can only accept returns of products purchased directly from Encourage Store.

(2) Returns are subject that they be received back within a 60 day period from the date ordered.

(3) Customers must contact customer service and receive a Return Authorization number or credit can not be issued.

(4) Return Products serial number will be de-authorized and the EasyChild software will no longer function.
